GHPC 20220401 patch notes

GHPC has been updated to version 20220401!  As always, you can find the public demo here.  Patrons can find the full demo using the usual link, which will be shared again in the Patreon post for the update.

  • Added dynamic music system that responds to events happening in missions
  • Added "rally" mission
  • Added a compass on the main HUD
  • Added a player waypoint system with 3D indicators and compass marks
  • Overhauled model for UAZ-469
  • Implemented a physics-based animation system for vehicle crews (UAZ only)
  • Added vehicle damage mechanics based on physics (UAZ only)
  • Added crew voice lines that respond to physics (UAZ only)
  • Some vehicles now have headlamps available in the quick menu
  • UAZ-469 now has a radio toggle in the quick menu
  • Some driver views now have auto-centering
  • Greatly improved responsiveness of keyboard steering controls
  • Increased wheel grip on UAZ-469 and BRDM-2
  • Engines and transmissions can now report partial damage

  • Changed default keys for weapon switching
  • Fixed HEAT warhead blasts getting absorbed by thin layered armor
  • Fixed analog control inputs for driving getting quantized to only 0 or 100%
  • Fixed an issue that could prevent vehicles from returning to full speed after slowing down to fire ATGMs
  • Fixed a rare bug that could lead to human characters becoming warped like taffy in AAR review
  • Fixed M1IP gunner's sight allowing fragments into crew compartment too easily
  • Fixed an issue where laser rangefinders would return inaccurate ranges when aimed near ATGM emplacements
  • Fixed time of day on Long Range mission
  • Fixed TOW position on Head to Head mission
